Salih Samo is a board-certified gastroenterologist and internist, and an assistant professor of medicine – gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Kansas. Dr. Samo is affiliated with Emory University Hospital, Atlanta, Georgia. He previously served as an instructor in medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Samo was also a chief medical resident at Presence Holy Family Medical Center, Des Plaines, Illinois, director of simulation lab at Presence Saint Francis Hospital, and vice president of Internal Medicine Residency House Staff Association at Presence Saint Francis Hospital.
