What are your recommendations for after my first Colonoscopy?
I’ve booked my first ever colonoscopy and am learning more about bowel prep. However, there doesn’t seem to be much info about post-colonoscopy – will I be able to eat normally right after? Should I keep fasting for a while? Are there specific things that a patient should or should not eat on the day of the procedure?

You will be able to eat normally after the colonoscopy.
You can eat normally immediately afterwards. You will need to rest at home until the following day.
