I follow a gluten-free diet without an official diagnosis – it just makes me feel bloated and affects my GI system badly when I consume too much gluten. I have no other symptoms. Is this good enough reason to see a GI doctor or book a colonoscopy? Should I just keep my intake under control or could this be a sign of something more serious?
