How can I get a Colonoscopy done without insurance but as a high-risk patient?
I have a history of cancer in my family and my mother passed away from colon cancer. I have had screenings before but now I don’t have insurance and wasn’t able to get tested for my 5-year test after the last one. I’m 64 but don’t qualify for Medicare or Medicaid. Under these circumstances, how can I get a colonoscopy done?

This is a tough question. You may have to pay out of pocket. The alternative is to get the Cologuard stool test and if that’s positive get a colonoscopy. You may want to contact your state or city hospital and see if they have a free screening program. Some hospitals have some programs and determine payment based on your income and they will work with you.
