Do I still need regular colonoscopy exams if no polyps have ever been found?

My last exam was 3 years ago. It was at 75 and no polyps have been found. Do I need any more exams? If so, what is the time in years?

You may never need another one unless you have symptoms. It depends on how healthy you are. You should be evaluated at age 85, but only consider colonoscopy if you are healthy.
