Professional Bio

Dr. Bin Badshah is a board-certified general and advanced gastroenterologist with more than 11 years of experience. He serves as an advanced/interventional endoscopy attending physician at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, University of Illinois. Dr. Bin Badshah graduated from Khyber Medical College, Pakistan, and completed his internal medicine residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He served his gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, and his advanced GI endoscopy fellowship at NYU Winthrop Hospital. He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and the American College of Gastroenterology. Endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS), third space endoscopy (POEM, ESD, and EFTR), and hepatology are among his specialties.
