There are many symptoms of colon cancer or you could not have any at all. If you have a strong family history, you should have a colonoscopy when you are younger. I would talk to your primary doctor.

The main symptoms of colorectal cancer are rectal bleeding, changes in bowel habits, weight loss, or abdominal pain. However, sometimes you can be asymptomatic, which is why screening is recommended for high risk cases.
